Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We currently post to the UK only. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address details are entered correctly at checkout. If unsure please click the link below and check the address on the Royal Mail website. https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Our parcels are currently sent through Royal Mail.
We offer 2 shipping methods:

Standard £3.50 - We advise 2-4 working days for this service once dispatched.

Upgraded £4.50 - We advise 1-2 working days for this service once dispatched.

FREE SHIPPING applies to orders over £40 and will be dispatched with standard postage.

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon purchase. If you have not received this please check your email's spam folder. Please email sales@littlehoundsco.com if you require further assistance.

Your shipping confirmation containing your tracking information will shortly follow via email once your order has been packed and dispatched.


Returns:

If you wish to return your order or an item, please complete the return within 14 working days of receipt. Please include a printout of your order confirmation, which should include your order number, first name, last name and postcode. 

We unfortunately do not offer free returns. Any returns will need to be paid by the customer. We highly advise sending the parcel on a tracked service. We will only issue a refund, once we have received the return and cannot be held responsible if the parcel gets lost in your choice of courier.

Products MUST be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your order.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please email us within 5 working days of receipt on sales@littlehoundsco.com including your order number and photos. We would be happy to assist.
